Fernando Alonso wins the inaugural Korean Grand Prix at Yeongam International Circuit and grabs the lead on the Driver’s Championship over Red Bull’s Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel. Both RBR drivers suffered a devastating loss on their championship bid for the F1 season.

The Australian Webber crashes in Lap 12 because of wet conditions on the tracks. The German Vettel has a blown out engine in Lap 46 to bow out of the race. Other drivers were caught in this chaotic, rain-drenched Korean International Grand Prix at Yeongam International Circuit, South Korea.
